Here are answers to some frequently asked questions:

How much do you charge for shipping? Once you have an item or items in your shopping cart, your shipping charges are calculated on the My Shopping Cart page. Enter your Country, State and Zip Code, if required. You can then choose your shipping method.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. Our website is setup to accept orders from all countries.

When will my order ship? Most orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time are shipped the same day, Monday thru Friday. You will be notified by email when you order has shipping. The email will also contain your tracking number.

When will I receive my order? Most packages shipped by USPS Priority Mail are delivered to US addresses in two to three days. Packages shipped by UPS will take from one to six days depending on where you are in the US. First Class Mail to a US address can take up to seven days. Most international orders shipped by Priority Mail International will arrive in six to ten days.

What if I need it sooner than that? For expedited shipping, please call us at 1-877-374-7245 or put a notation in the “Comments” section during checkout.

What is your returns policy? All of our products may be returned for a full refund, less shipping, with the following exceptions:

Special orders or custom-made products
Fabric that has been cut, marked or altered
Items not in “new” condition

What if I’m looking for an item I don’t see on your website? If you do not see a specific product on our website, please contact us as it may be available by special order.

What is a Drop Ship? When we don’t have an item in stock, we may ask our supplier to drop ship the item directly to you. We are not always able to do this, but sometimes it helps to save some shipping time.
