The Sailmaker's Apprentice
Aug 27, 2024 | By Christopher Cutler
Mr. Marino's book, titled "The Sailmaker's Apprentice", is a valuable resource for anyone working on sailboats or wanting to learn more about sailcraft. As a novice sailmaker, I was at first intimidated by the shear volume of information presented in this book, but I quickly grew to appreciate the wealth of knowledge and wisdom that Mr. Marino brings to the table. I have collected dozens of books on sailing, rigging and sail making, but 'The Sailmaker's Apprentice' is by far my go-to resource for designing long-lasting sails. I highly recommend this book.
