I had never heard of them before, it was an easy to find and use website, they answered the phone and in a friendly way answered the estimated delivery which turned out it arrived a little earlier than they estimated.

There are many items on the market for slicking or burnishing the edges on leather billfolds, purses, keychains, etc., however sailcloth has been the best I have found for this..great product, 100% satisfied. service was excellent also....

Feels plastic

Coated version of cloth is very plastic and stiff, not coated sail cloth fabric I purchased from fabric stores in past. Too stiff for use. I'm requesting return and refund.
